It’s possible to book by credit card (American Express, Visa and Diners), post office or bank transfer. The credit card is exclusively as guarantee , no money will be charge on it. It’s possible to book by bank or post office transfer within at least a week in advance since we need to receive it before check in date.
Hotel Del Parco has the right to cancel the reservation if credit card details are invalid or incorrect.

Availability request:
If you only need some information or instead you have particular needs you can use the availability request form or phone us. Our reception is open 24 hours and we can send you all the information you may need directly to your e-mail address.
Cancellation:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 10 am of the day before arrival; after that time limit the first night of stay will be charged, unless differently agreed at confirmation.
Charge on your credit card in case of "NO SHOW":
Hotel Del Parco has the right to charge on your credit card the cost of the first night if you don’t use our service without any cancellation within 10 AM of the day before arrival. In the same way, in case of no show or late cancellation we will keep the post/bank transfer for the amount of the first night.

It is possible to check-in from 2:00 p.m. Rooms have to be left within 11.00 a.m.
